These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rafa77 ("rafa77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rafa77 website located at rafa77.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and functionality offered thereon.

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, placing any wager, or making any deposit on the rafa77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an active account on rafa77, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rafa77 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21, and enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate entities, automated systems, and betting syndicates are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. rafa77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to confirm any detail provided.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of rafa77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension previously imposed by rafa77.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password. rafa77 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other website or service.
• Enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) options offered by the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify rafa77 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

rafa77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

KYC Verification. rafa77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following a material change in account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, accompanied by proof of address dated within 90 days. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.

All deposits to a rafa77 account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (via bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (via e-wallet).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players are advised to confirm current minimums and maximums within the cashier section of their account.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times typically range from instant to fifteen (15) minutes depending on the method used.
• rafa77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which rafa77 bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.
• rafa77 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified bank accounts or e-wallets registered under your verified legal name. rafa77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or unverified payment instruments.

• Withdrawals are processed during WIB business hours. Requests submitted outside of these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes for requests to local Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets, subject to satisfactory identity verification status.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. This amount is displayed in the cashier section and may be updated by rafa77 with advance notice to players.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, rafa77 may require full KYC documentation to be on file. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.
• rafa77 reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.

rafa77 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino tables, certain table games, and specific slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Time Limits: Each bonus has a specified validity period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been satisfied within this period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Maximum Withdrawal Caps: Certain promotions impose a maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may generally hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may void the existing bonus and its associated winnings at rafa77's discretion.
• Abuse Prevention: rafa77 monitors wagering patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play, or wagering solely on outcomes with near-certain results. rafa77 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Seasonal Promotions: rafa77 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural calendar events such as Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and other significant occasions. These promotions are time-limited and subject to separate, event-specific terms.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered players through the account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play session durations with automatic log-out upon reaching your limit.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 30 days).

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rafa77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place wagers, exploit games, or manipulate odds.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee outcomes on sports markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk hedging, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account play.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward rafa77 staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool in a manner that misrepresents your geographic location.

All content on the rafa77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rafa77 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of rafa77.

Game titles, studio branding, and associated assets (including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used under licence. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rafa77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Losses incurred as a result of wagers placed on any game or sports market.
• Temporary or prolonged unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond rafa77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Actions taken by rafa77 in good-faith compliance with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rafa77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rafa77 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the platform; or (d) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your account or use of platform services.

rafa77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rafa77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, a notice displayed upon login, or an announcement on the platform's website.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rafa77 platform shall be addressed in the first instance through rafa77's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must submit a written complaint to support@rafa77.cam with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a detailed description of the matter, including relevant transaction references and dates. rafa77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of rafa77's internal dispute resolution process, you retain the right to seek external mediation or arbitration through a mutually agreed neutral third party. rafa77 does not waive any right or immunity by virtue of operating in or targeting the Indonesian market, and nothing in these Terms constitutes a submission to the exclusive jurisdiction of any particular court.
